Reviewed your Document Exchange (DX) account lately?

Document Exchange offer an extremely effective alternative to other postage methods within the sector….but at a cost. And why not, isn’t it only right that we pay for a service? Of course, but how much are we paying for and is it paying to use it?
CostController are now offering a service whereby we will undertake a process of review to establish exactly what you should be paying when it comes to your renewal time. By auditing your usage via DX we will carry out a detailed review to determine whether the charges reflect the usage, if not we will endeavour to drive those charges down. For only 33% of any savings that are achieved we will operate a thorough analysis of your account as it stands today!
Example:-
Your renewal charges are £5,000 per annum, on carrying out a review CostController negotiate with Document Exchange to bring those charges down to £3,500. Our fee will come out of the £1,500 savings and will amount to 33% in this case £495. Not bad considering it would have cost more than three times that amount!
The process-
- Step 1-At the point of renewal, and within 7 days of receiving your notice, you will instruct us to act on your behalf in the review and negotiation process. This will be done via a form of authority that allows us to liaise with DX.
- Step 2-We will provide you with a letter to send to Document Exchange giving them notice that you do not accept the renewal charges at this stage and that the account will be subject to a independent review.
- Step 3-We will then provide you with the relevant forms to carry out an internal audit over a period of 2 weeks.
- Step 4-On completion of this review you will send us the usage figures from your internal audit plus any other audit’s that have been carried out throughout the previous year
- Step 5-At this point will begin the review process.
- Step 6-There isn’t one! It’s that simple, the next thing you will hear is the result.
