CostController Case Study – Caterware Ltd
Caterware Ltd is based in Blackpool and supply and service commercial catering equipment from top-of-the-line ranges and combination ovens to glassware and crockery. Their turnover is £5M and they employ 30 staff.
After supplying the relevant information (copy invoices) to enable a feasibility report to be produced the following savings were highlighted and reported to their Finance Director, Hazel Whittam.

Caterware were very impressed with the findings as they had worked hard themselves to reduce costs before using CostController. Subsequent to the presentation meeting we implemented the savings by switching Caterware to using our preferred suppliers.
